The Wireless VITAE 2011 Executive Committee invites submission of tutorial proposals for half-day and full-day presentations on topics of interest of the conference. We invite prospective instructors to submit their proposals which includes the following information through EASY Chair.

The following information must be included in all proposals:

• Title
• Full name, title, affiliation and contact information of the instructor(s)
• Motivation and Objective
• Scope
• Abstract
• Detailed outline of topics covered
• Biographical sketch of all instructor(s)
• History of the tutorial presentation
• Intended length of the tutorial (half-day or full-day)

Deadline for submission of proposals: October 30, 2010.

Please note that EASY CHAIR will require registration of the proposal first by the title, keywords, authors' names, and an abstract. After completion of this registration, please upload the proposal in PDF format with the above information to EASY CHAIR. Proposals without this uploaded page won't be considered.

All complete proposals will be judged and ranked using the following criteria:

• Importance of the topic
• Timeliness of the topic
• Conference coverage of topics
• Track record of the instructor
• Previous history for instructing tutorials
