Wireless VITAE 2011 workshops emphasize current topics of particular interest and can include a mix of regular papers, invited presentations, and panels. Papers submitted to workshops must undergo a peer-review process, and accepted papers will be published in IEEE Xplore.

Each workshop proposal must include:

• Title of the workshop
• Length of the workshop: Half-day, Full-day
• Names, addresses, and a short bio (up to 200 words) of the organizers
• A single name of contact for the workshop organizers towards the Wireless Vitae 2011 Workshops Chair
• A draft call for papers, including a tentative technical program committee
• A description of the planned format of the workshop, e.g., the number of papers sessions, keynotes, panels, etc.
• If appropriate, a description of past versions of the workshop, including the number of submitted/accepted papers, the number of attendees, etc.
• An outline of the publicity and promotion plan to attract sponsors
• The workshop website address (if already available)

Deadline for submitting proposals: October 30, 2010.

Proposals must be submitted through EASY Chair under the heading of Wireless VITAE 2011 Workshops. Note that EASY Chair will require registration of the proposal first, by title, keywords, authors' names and abstract. After completing this registration, the proposal in pdf format can be uploaded into EASY CHAIR.

Criteria taken into account for the evaluation of a proposal include the timeliness and importance of the proposed topic for Wireless Vitae the track record of the organizers, and the record of the workshop if previously held. Note that decisions on accepting workshop proposals will also reflect space limitations at the conference venue.
