All submissions should be written in English with a maximum paper length of five (5) printed pages (10-point font) including figures, without incurring additional page charges (maximum 1 additional page). Standard IEEE Transactions templates for Microsoft Word or LaTeX formats can be found here (MS Word and LaTeX). Only PDF files will be accepted for the review process and all submissions must be done through EasyChair. Submission of a paper should be regarded as a commitment that, if the paper is accepted, at least one of the authors will register and present at the conference.

Please, note the following important points related to the follow up actions for the inclusion of your paper in the conference and Xplore proceedings:
- Make sure that the submitted papers are formatted according to the IEEE paper format and reflect high-quality work. You can find the template here (MS Word and LaTeX)
- Make sure that the camera-ready papers are submitted as an updated version in conference submission website, found here
- The copyright form can be found here. Fill out the missing fields such as "Title of Paper" and "Complete List of Authors". Important: you have to put the date and signature or else the copyright form is not valid.
- Submit the copyright form as the attachment file in the "Submit a New Version" menu in Easychair.
- Special Session Papers: The authors must select from the track list the respective Special Session which the paper belongs to, complete and submit the copyright form.
- All papers must be uploaded by December 15, 2010.
- Only papers with at least one author registered and with a valid copyright form will be included in the conference proceedings. To register in the conference go here
- Please, note that papers which are not presented by at least one of the authors will not be included in the IEEE Xplore digital library.
Awards
Best papers and best student papers will be awarded. Please note that to be condered for the best student paper, 1st author must be a student.
Dissemination
All accepted papers will be published online on IEEE Xplore.
